About Ashley Jamerson
Ashley Jamerson is a full-time NC Realtor with over 15 years experience. She has personally helped over 200 clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across North Carolina.
Ashley Jamerson began her career in 2006 as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) in Greensboro, NC. At that time the local real estate market was driven by Buyers and was overflowing with inventory. Understanding the effects of predatory lending on the market she focused on affordability and helping her clients obtain homes with wealth and long-term investment goals in mind. Ashley also gained a lot of experience working with foreclosures by helping local teachers, police officers, and other civil servants purchase homes utilizing such programs as the Good Neighbor Next Door. She went on to receive her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SSFR) certification.
In 2013 Ashley brought her real estate expertise to the Charlotte, NC area where she still works today as a new construction and relocation specialist. Advocacy and putting her clients needs and goals first has always been a cornerstone of her real estate business.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family exploring all of the nooks and crannies of the Charlotte area. When she is not with her family or working with her clients you can find Ashley browsing books at a local bookstore, collecting fabric and yarn for upcoming craft projects, gardening in her backyard or planning her next Disney vacation.
